I attended Hydroponic & Aquaponic Training conducted by Hydrilla during August 2018. I have been interacting with Mamatha & Venkat since then and have visited their 'Terrace Lab' many times to understand and learn Hydroponic & Aquaponic Technology to grow clean Vegetables.
During our interactions with Mamatha & Venkat, what impressed us most was the following:
Their passion to grow clean food using precision Technology
Their ability to build a community of Hydroponic believers and handhold & help them realise their dream of growing clean food – be it small unit for personal consumption or a commercial scale operation
Their deep interest in help the community they have created in all possible ways by sharing their technical knowledge without any kind of reservation.
While you have plenty of options for Hydroponic training, Hydrilla is one of the very few organizations where the focus is equally on hydroponic as well as Aquaponic.
Impressed by their sincerity and enthusiasm for expanding the Hydroponic & Aquaponic growing Community we decided to take them on board as Consultant & Equipment supplier for our pilot scale facility with a capacity to grow around 3,500 plants. With Hydrilla's support we were able to design a versatile NFT Hydroponic System (comprising of 'A' Stands & Flatbed NFT Stands), DWC and some Dutch Buckets supported by 2000 lit capacity Aquaponic System.
The NFT Hydroponic Systems were commissioned recently and we have successfully harvested our first trial cycle of leafy Vegies.
We are confident with Hydrilla we will be able to achieve commercial success with our Hydroponic & Aquaponic unit.

Hello all, I would like to start in a different line. More than learning about hydroponics I learnt a lot about healthy living and nutirent diet. I am confident to say I am now educated regarding nutrient food and healthy living. Regarding hydroponics, now I know physics chemistry, maths and biology of hydroponics. I am so inspired that I already bought all the tools and equipment to start from today

A very detailed theoritical and in depth approach towards concepts of Hydroponics and Acquaponics. The Trainers were really good at delivering the lectures. The training also gives you a basic insight on a commercial angle on hydroponics. I wished that there could have been more discussion on the various commercial viability and challenges of hydroponics. I was also hoping for a more practical hands on experience with the systems rather than just having a look about how to do what. But all in all its a good experience for everyone, be it a hobby Gardner or a potential commercial farmer. Thank You.

Great experienced consultants and workshop. We got good knowledge and introduction to aquaponics, aquaculture and hydroponics. The trainers were very patient during the course and spent time at the end of the course to answer all questions we raised and the training group was also a good interactive session with people from different background and experience. Definitely a must try place to learn about alternative agricultural methods.

The workshop was an Informative presentation for both domestic and commercial use, by team Hydrilla to guide anyone from any background who is interested to learn about alternative farming method also coupled with some practical exposure. If you need to save time and not spend on watching ytube videos and not able to acquire sufficient clarifications ,then this workshop gives an insight into the intrinsic aspect of nutrients and process for plant's growth which will help to start something immediately at home level. Also guidance is provided for commercial implementations with continued support even after the workshop.good luck to the team for future endeavors.
